What is Actimo?

Actimo provides a superior method for reaching and engaging employees. Simplifying internal communication and training, Actimo offers an engaging and insightful mobile-first platform tailored for non-desk employees.

You can find more information by clicking on one of the following buttons:

What is an Actimo Message?

An Actimo message is a web page with a personal link that is automatically created for each contact you send to. Here you have information about how to create messages from scratch.

You can add pages to each message as well as combine multiple messages to create an application, build an academy with training sessions, provide certificates, automate your employee's onboarding, create a Holiday calendar, and much more.

How can Actimo messages be sent to recipients?

In addition, each message has a public link that can be shared, for instance when creating a sign-up.

NB: is not possible to track analytics from recipients of a public link.

Supported Devices

Actimo supports almost all devices where messages can be viewed, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and display screens.

Here you'll find more information about Actimo Supported software and browsers .

Tracking - Analytics

Every message comes with its analytics page, providing a comprehensive overview. You can monitor the consumption of audio and video content, track conversation rates, assess page and picture views, evaluate responses to survey and quiz questions, and access a wide array of additional metrics for a thorough analysis.

You can also export the analytics of the messages in an Excel file.

Auto- saving

Saving happens automatically. When you've written something, created a button, or used one of the many other features, the system saves within a few seconds. You can keep an eye on this in the top-right corner.
