What browsers do we support?

We guarantee support for all browser that is used by 1% or more, in general. This means that if a browser, Chrome for example, is used by 25% worldwide, then we will support it and update our product so it works smoothly and well with this browser.

If a browser is used by less than 1% of devices worldwide, we do not guarantee support, however, the browser might very well still work with Actimo.

Top 5 browsers:

  • Firefox

  • Safari

  • Samsung Internet

  • Microsoft Edge

We support the 2 latest versions of each browser. If you do not have the latest version, please update your browser to the latest version. πŸš€

Supported versions of iOS and Android

Like with browsers, we also guarantee support for the 2 latest versions of iOS and Android.

How do I check my iOS or Android version?


  • Go to Settings > General > About.

  • Your device's iOS software version appears here.

Android phone:

  • Open 'Settings'.

  • Scroll to the bottom and click 'About phone'.

  • Click 'Software information'.

  • See 'Android version'.

How do I check my browser and/or software version?


  • Click on the three dots in the top-right-hand corner.

  • Hover the mouse over the 'Help' option at the bottom of the dropdown.

  • Click on 'About Google Chrome'.

  • See version.
