How to add a . PDF/.doc/PowerPoint file to a message

You can include pdf's, docs or PowerPoints to a message and make them available for users to download.

In this article: How to upload documents (.PDF / .doc / PowerPoint) to your message using buttons and how to use presentation mode.

How to create a message with a download button

  1. Go to messages and click on Create a message

  2. Choose Button

  3. Click on the Add an action and select Download file

  4. Browse your content library and choose the relevant file or Upload the file from your browser

  5. Click save


Set the message to presentation mode to add a PowerPoint presentation

  1. Go to the editor and click on Presentation

  2. Then click on Create Presentation on the right upper side

  3. Select your presentation file from the content library
