How to export Contacts

Export your contacts to an Excel Spread Sheet. You can update Contacts by exporting, updating and then importing.

If you need to download an exported list of all your contacts then follow the steps below.

How to export contacts

  1. Go to Contacts.

  2. Click on 'Export all contacts' in the top right corner.

Note: If you want to export only specific employees, you can also tick the box on the left of these contacts and then choose export on the top.

3. Choose which contact data fields you want to include in your exported Excel file and click Export.
