If you are not receiving notifications on your Actimo app, please use the following steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
Check your phones internet connection
Check if your are allowing notifications in your Actimo app settings on your phone?
Close the Actimo app and open again
Check how your notification settings are set in your Actimo app under profile?
Open your Actimo app. In the bottom bar navigation select - Profile - Notification Settings and make sure that you have Push enabled
Ask a colleague or your App Admin to send you a notification. This can be done by posting on a Social Wall Channel that you are part of.
If this doesn't fix the issue, please reach out to your Actimo platform Admin.
