Are you constantly being logged out from the app and having to log in every time you open Actimo? Then you can follow the steps below to help fix the issue. ๐ฆพ
Check your Phone Software Version:
Make sure your phone's software is updated to one of the two latest versions of iPhone/Android. (You can Google the latest versions if you are unsure ๐ก)
Check from your phone settings which version you have and update if necessary.
Make sure cookies are enabled on your phone:
If you have cookies turned off on your phone settings, this might be the reason why it logs you out from Actimo.
Checking settings on an iPhone:
Go to Settings -> find Safari
Scroll down and find Privacy & Security and make sure "block all cookies" is disabled:
Checking settings on an Android:
On your phone open the Chrome app
At the top right, tap More
and then Settings
Tap Site settings -> Cookies
Turn "Allow cookies" on
Have you been inactive for a while?
After 21 days of inactivity, you are auto-logged out from the app/web app and will have to log in again, with a new 4-digit code.
Are you using a new device?
You will have to log in and receive a new code for the new device, as that device does not have a cookie saved to it.
If the above has not helped, try and remove the Actimo app from your phone and then re-install it.
If you're still logged out from the app, please contact an Actimo admin in your company who will check this with Actimo Support.
