Challenge employees to test their skills by adding quizzes after training

Add quizzes and challenge your employees to use and test new skills. You can choose between multiple-choice quizzes and picture quizzes.

How do I create a Multiple Choice Quiz?

  1. Click the Quiz module on the left-hand side.

  2. Add answers and specify a minimum of one correct answer per quiz, by ticking the box that says 'Correct answer'. You can have as many correct answers as you'd like.

  3. Click save on the blue button at the bottom of the window, when you're done.

How do I create a Picture Quiz?

  1. Click the Quiz module on the left-hand side.

  2. Add pictures and specify a minimum of one correct answer per quiz. Use the same method as above.

  3. Click save when you're done, on the blue button at the bottom of the window.

Can I enable quiz retakes?

Employees may not get it right the first time. As a default setting, we allow them to come back and re-take a quiz with a five-minute delay. This is highly recommended as it will allow for continuous progress. You can edit these settings on the Publish page:

  1. Go to the Publish page and navigate to the grey box on the right-hand side.

  2. In the dropdown menu, select No delay for instant retakes, or select which timespan you prefer for your delay

  3. Set the maximum number of retakes you will allow within the previously selected timeframe

What can I do in the advanced settings?

Under the Advanced settings, you have the option to award points for correct answers. You can combine this with the Profile feature to let employees collect points over time. To do so:

  1. create the category inside Admin > Message > Message category that the system will consider when adding the points

  2. Go to Admin > Profile > Add a title to display > Enable Show in insights bar (optional) > Add the category already created and save changes

  3. Go to the message and select the Quiz module and click on Advanced settings to add the points

  4. Enable the insights bar inside the message

  5. Go to publish and add the category

  6. Finally, publish the message and check the points in your native app or web app
