The AI Text Enhancer is a powerful feature designed to enhance your messaging experience.
This tool is designed to help you craft more engaging and polished text when creating messages with text modules. Whether you're looking to improve tone, content, translate it to a different language or improve overall message quality, the AI Text Enhancer provides intelligent suggestions to refine your content effortlessly.
Each Admin has 10 enhancements available per 24-hour period, offering flexibility to fine-tune your communications.
The feature can be easily enabled or disabled through Admin > Defaults, giving you full control over its use within your organization.
Here’s how you can get started and maximize the benefits of this feature.
How to Use the AI Text Enhancer: Step-by-Step Guide
To access the AI Text Enhancer, open the message editor.
Add a text module and input your text, then click the AI enhancement icon - a 'magic wand'.
You can choose the desired tone of voice, content length, and language for your text.
Note: Your text block content and your company description combined must not exceed 3,000 characters (approximately 500 words).
Each Admin has access to 10 enhancements per 24 hours.
Note: AI enhancements are not restored all at once after 24 hours. They are restored on a rolling basis. For example, if you use 1 credit now, that credit will be restored after 24 hours. However, if you used 3 other credits an hour ago, those will be restored in 23 hours.
You can enable 'Use company description' to include extra information about your business to personalize enhancements.
After configuring the settings and entering the text you want to improve with AI, click on 'Enhance'.
You will see the text enhanced by AI.
You can view the original text at any time by clicking on 'Original'.
Click on 'Accept changes' to add the enhanced text to the text module.
Click on 'Save' to view it in the message.
