AI Text Enhancer
The AI Text Enhancer is designed to elevate your messaging experience by helping you create more polished and engaging content in text modules. Whether you want to refine the tone, improve message quality, summarise or extend the content, or even translate it into another language, the AI Text Enhancer provides intelligent suggestions to make the process seamless.
Admins and editors can enhance their content through a simple magic wand button available when composing a text module. With up to 10 enhancements available per 24-hour period, users have flexibility in fine-tuning their messages.
The AI Text Enhancer is controlled by admins, who can enable or disable it through Admin > Defaults > Access to AI, ensuring full control over its use. This feature saves time by allowing users to effortlessly improve their content with just a click.
Desktop layout upgrade
We improved the desktop layout to make better use of screen space on larger displays. This design enhances the visibility of key content, such as the social wall and directory, by making more of it accessible when the screen size allows. It replaces the previous layout offering a more dynamic and spacious interface for desktop users.
Note: This design upgrade is a permanent enhancement for an improved experience on desktop and has been automatically enabled for all clients.
Tasks Feature
The Tasks feature in Actimo streamlines task management for admins, editors, and employees, enhancing productivity and communication across your organization. Admins and editors can create, assign, and track tasks, while employees can easily access and complete them.
Saving Messages, Academies, or Social Posts for Later
The 'Save for Later' feature is designed to enhance your communication and training experience by allowing you to save messages, academies, and social posts for later. This functionality allows you to revisit saved content at your own pace and on your own schedule, ultimately improving your overall experience with the Actimo app.
Better native app experience
After having introduced the navigation bar, we are continuously improving our apps look and feel now covering the safe area of the app, which gives the app a more native look. This is best practice on most native apps today.
Pinning in feeds
Allowing our admins and editors to pin content in their feeds, and not only that, they can also define how long the messages should be visible in the feeds, and decide to hide the feed when there is no content for the user.
Reactions
Giving the possibility to express a wider set of emotions on the content. We invite for ever more engagement around the content our end users interact with inside the Actimo app.
Chat 1.0
To drive engagement in the app & allow instant messaging across employees, we now offer chat 1.0 enabling one to one and group chat conversations.
New Navigation
Our employee app is now up to 2023 navigation standards, with a navigation bar. Both providing an overall better user experience and it makes it easier than ever before to find the content youβre looking for.
New Publish Page
Freshening up the publish page has given a proper upgrade to the editors user experience when publishing content in Actimo.
In addition we are giving the flexibility to customise the content preview for the editors to be in full control of how the message is displayed in the feed.
Pinning on social
Pinning on social allows our app users that administers a private social group to decide which post would be pinned to the top. Pinning allows them to ensure important information is properly visible.
Share message to social. Copy message as link.
To drive engagement in the app & improve the synergies between a message and social, we now offer the option to copy a message link, and a shortcut to share a message on social.
Academy improvements
To make our editors life smoother when working with academies, we have added the following features:

Duplications
To make the life of our editors even more efficient when creating content in Actimo, we are now allowing our users to duplicate multiple messages at once, folders, and an academy.
Image module
We have extended our image module to support displaying multiple images in a carousel in a message. This will help our editors to make their messages visual and clearer for their employees.
