How to create a new folder
Click on the Create Message drop-down in the top right corner of the platform
Click Create Folder
Name your folder before saving ☑️
How can I move a message to a folder?
Check the message(s) you wish to move
Click on Move to in the top right corner of the platform
Select the relevant folder and click on move
