Spring is in the air - and just like we open the windows and clear out cupboards at home, it’s a great time to declutter and energise your digital employee space. A lighter, cleaner Actimo makes it easier for your colleagues to discover new content, stay informed & keep coming back.

We’ve collected a handful of “spring cleaning” ideas to help you organise messages & academies, refresh your app design and spark new waves of engagement across your organisation.🌸

We’re excited to let you know that our Help Centre and Support Channel are moving to Zendesk, giving you a more reliable support experience in one central place.

Over the coming weeks you’ll see a fresh design, improved search & a smoother way to find the answers you need.

It's important to know no action is required from your side and it'll look and feel very similar, so no big learning curve.

  • The support widget in the bottom-right corner will be replaced by a new one.

  • Conversation history won't carry over to the new widget, but you'll always have it in your emails, and so will we.

  • Any open conversations will be continued via email, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Give your app a quick spring clean by organising old messages & academies into Year/Month folders - you’ll find the step-by-step guide in our Help Centre.

While you’re there, tidy up your app navigation so only the most relevant spaces are shown - our menu guide in the Help Centre is a handy companion as you clean up links & sections.

For more ideas on structuring content & keeping things easy to find, browse the “Best Practices” and navigation articles in the Help Centre and pick one or two improvements to tackle this Spring.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be rolling out even more App Chat improvements like online/offline indicators, better message reactions and much more.
