Onwards and upwards! We’re starting 2026 strong with a fresh set of Actimo improvements. Here’s a look at what’s new as we dive into what promises to be our biggest year yet:
Extended Email Notifications: Now you can choose between a simple preview or an extended insight that shows more of the message content in your email notifications.
Improved Privacy: To enhance contact privacy, tracking content Views is now disabled by default. Admins can manually enable this feature in the settings menu.
Create your own App Tour: Create an App Tour that gives your employees an introduction to your company app. Get started by checking out the App Tour article in our Help Centre.

Much as we strive to get ourselves organized in the new year, we can also get our platforms in good shape for the year ahead by removing all of those old messages & defunct academies, and tidying up our workspaces:
Organise your messages and academies using folders. Here in our Help Centre, you will find a guide to using folders. A good place to start is organising all content into Year parent-folders, with Month sub-folders.
Clean up the unused parts of your app. Delete older messages that are no longer used and update your menu navigation to ensure all links are current and functional.
We put in incredible work last year - creating, testing, and launching content at a record pace. But a big year ahead requires a focused workspace and these tips will help you get there.
