Saving Messages, Academies, or Social Posts for Later

The 'Save for Later' feature is designed to enhance your communication and training experience by allowing you to save messages, academies, and social posts for later. This functionality allows you to revisit saved content at your own pace and on your own schedule, ultimately improving your overall experience with the Actimo app.


How to Use the Saving Feature

  • Open the Actimo App: Ensure you have the latest version of the Actimo app installed on your device.

  • Navigate to the Content: Open any message, social post or academy on the app that you would like to save for later.

  • Save the Content: Look for the save icon (a bookmark) and click on it.

  • Access Saved Content:

    • To view your saved items, go to Profile and click on the Saved Content section.

    • Inside, you'll find three distinct sections that separate saved messages, academies, and social posts for easy access.

  • Remove from the saved list: To remove an item from your saved list, simply click on the bookmark again to un-save the item.


Guide for Admins: Activating and Deactivating the Saving Feature

The feature is activated for you by default. Hereโ€™s what this means:

  • Default Setting: In your Admin > Defaults, the feature toggle is set to ON.

This turns the feature ON for all employees, allowing them to use the save button on all social posts, academies (excluding trainings), and messages (except the homepage).

How to Deactivate the Feature

You are free to deactivate the saving feature at any time. Simply switch the feature toggle OFF in Admin > Defaults > Save content.

Once deactivated, the save button will be hidden for all employees in your app.

Reactivating the Feature

If you decide to reactivate the saving feature later, follow the same steps and switch the toggle back to ON.

  • Previously Saved Content: Employees will regain access to all previously saved content.
