Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you are not receiving the requested code, it may be because your phone number or email is not registered by your employer. To resolve this, please ensure the following:

  • Try Both Email and Phone: Use both methods to see if one works.

  • Verify Country Code: Ensure the correct country code is entered.

  • Match Registered Details: Use the phone number or email registered with your company.

Persistent Issues or Errors

If problems persist, follow these steps:

  1. Restart the App: Close the app and wait a few minutes before trying again.

  2. Contact Your Company Administrator: Reach out to your HR department or direct manager to confirm your details are registered correctly.

Specific Error Messages

Access Error: If you see a message indicating you "do not have access to the native app," follow these steps:

  1. Contact HR/Manager: Ask them to publish the homepage of your app to you.

  2. Retry Login: Attempt to log in again.

Slow Response ("Sorry, this is taking a while"):

  1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure you are connected to a stable internet connection. Switch from mobile data to WiFi if possible.

  2. Restart Your Device: Turn your mobile device off and on, then try logging in again.

  3. Update OS: Ensure you have one of the two latest versions of iOS or Android, as Actimo supports these operating systems.

  4. Reinstall the App: If none of the above work, uninstall and reinstall the app.

You can log in to your Actimo app via email/SMS if your company has created you as a contact on their platform. A failed login attempt can be due to various reasons:

  • Email and Phone Number Access: Ensure you use the correct country code.

  • Contact Verification: Ask your manager or someone with Actimo Admin access if you are created as a contact.
