Actimo will stop supporting Internet Explorer 11 from the 1st of August 2021.


As Microsoft is ending its Edge Legacy support, and M365 apps will stop supporting IE11 from August 2021, we have decided to follow the Internet Explorer 11 creator's lead and no longer support this browser version.

While we know this information will affect only a very few Actimo users, we are excited about the opportunities this will give us to focus on more modern work that will benefit all our users. Ultimately, the time we will be able to invest in other projects and tasks will provide our users with a better experience.

What this means from now on:
We recommend you use another browser version. We support the latest 2 versions of all major browsers: Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

For your employees:
From July 2021, the employees browsing Actimo content via Internet Explorer 11, will see a banner warning them about this update and kindly recommending them to change their browser version for a better end-user experience.
