Permission Settings (admin access required)
Actimo Support & Customer Success Team can access client platforms, in order to help solve issues, build apps, and more. An employee from Actimo will never login without explicit consent from the client.
In order to speed up support time and to work faster with your Customer Success Manager, you can grant them login access from the admin section in your platform.
Go to Admin and click Support. Change the settings according to your preferences and save.
Tip: You can also add your own support details which will be added to the default error page, which your employees will see if something goes wrong when they navigate your app. This will help them reach out to you and get help.
