If you use Actimo to send emails (to recipients who do not have a mobile number registered), we highly recommend that your IT department set up an "SPF-record" to whitelist that the Actimo platform is allowed to send emails from somebody@yourcompany.com. Mailservers may categorize your emails as spam, if SPF-records are not set to confirm the email sender. You don't need an SPF-record if you're not planning to send emails from Actimo.

The record should be set to include: spf.actimo.com.
